At furniblend, we are committed to bringing high-quality Japanese products directly from our warehouse in Japan to your doorstep in Singapore. Transparency and reliability are our core values.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 – 4 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT+9 / Tokyo Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Time & Estimates

We ship all orders via reliable international carriers (such as Japan Post EMS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure safe delivery to Singapore.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

3. Taxes and Duties (GST Included)

We want to ensure there are no surprises when your package arrives.

  • GST Included: In accordance with Singapore tax regulations, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of the 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We ship all Singapore orders under the DDP model. We take full responsibility for customs clearance and import taxes. You will NOT be charged any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress as it travels from Japan to Singapore through our carrier’s tracking portal.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at supports@furniblend.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.
