We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at supports@furniblend.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item is defective or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at supports@furniblend.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
